Neal Driscoll, a vice president with Elk Grove, Illinois-based Liberty Property Trust, has been promoted to the role of city manager of the company’s Illinois/Wisconsin portfolio.
In this position, Driscoll will oversee development, leasing and property management duties of Liberty’s portfolio of about 13 million square feet of space in more than 50 buildings.
Driscoll joined Liberty Property Trust in 2005. Since he joined the company’s Chicago office, the Illinois/Wisconsin portfolio has grown from 8 million to 13 million square feet.
