Liberty Property Trust recently purchased two industrial buildings in Shakopee, Minn.
“We are very excited about our first industrial assets in Shakopee,” said Dave Jellison, senior vice president and city manager for Liberty’s Minnesota region. “These are two newer, well-designed industrial buildings in a marketplace that should only become more desirable.”
Park 2000 Phase II is a 128,172-square-foot single-story building on seven acres of land. It is 100-percent leased to S.W. Anderson Company, My Pillow and North American Membership Group.
Park 2000 Phase IV is 100-percent leased to Logistics International. The building offers 153,454 square feet of industrial space on seven acres of land.
