Life Time is expanding its presence in the St. Louis market with plans to introduce Life Time Living, its wellness-centered luxury residential concept, through a new relationship with Midas Hospitality. The seven-story mixed-use development in Richmond Heights, Missouri, will combine upscale residences with one of Life Time’s signature athletic country clubs, advancing a fully integrated lifestyle experience at the convergence of wellness, hospitality and residential living.

The planned project features 263 thoughtfully designed apartment residences, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts, each curated to support a healthy and balanced way of life. Residents will benefit from direct access to an expansive 110,000-square-foot Life Time athletic club, offering premium fitness, wellness, and social amenities. From performance and recovery to connection and convenience, the development embodies Life Time Living’s vision of integrating wellness into everyday life.

Designed to elevate the resident experience, the development will offer a dynamic mix of amenities, including:

  • A 30,000-square-foot rooftop pool and outdoor amenity deck;
  • State-of-the-art fitness, training, and recovery spaces;
  • Dedicated group fitness studios and personal coaching services; and
  • Versatile indoor and outdoor gathering spaces designed to foster community.

In addition, approximately 6,000 square feet of curated retail space will provide convenient, lifestyle-oriented offerings for both residents and visitors.

The Richmond Heights project is planned as part of the broader Boulevard South mixed-use development along Brentwood Boulevard, a prominent corridor near the Saint Louis Galleria and Interstate 170. The development is expected to help transform a key gateway in the St. Louis market with new residential, retail, hospitality and lifestyle uses, further supporting Richmond Heights’ evolution as a more walkable, connected and experience-driven urban destination.
