Leading global commercial real estate services firm, Savills Studley, has closed a lease renegotiation for 47,000 square feet for Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, at 500 West Madison Street.

According to Davidson, Studley explored outside alternatives before advising Lincoln International to commit to renewing with aggressive economic terms and liberal expansion options.

“Remaining at 500 West Madison turned out to be the right fit for Lincoln. Not having to divert its attention to relocating allows the company to remain focused fully on continuing its impressive track record of growth, both in Chicago and across the globe.”

The firm, whose U.S. staff has grown 60% since 2010, will now occupy the 38th and 39th floors of the building. Executive Managing Director, Lisa Davidson and Senior Managing Director, Tiffany Winne, both of Savills Studley, represented Lincoln International in the transaction. Michael Lirtzman and Courtney Baratz, both of Transwestern, represented the landlord.
