Ed Lowenbaum, founder and principal of Lowenbaum REP, represented Littelfuse Inc. in its 23,000-square-foot lease at 1400 Business Center Drive in Mount Prospect.
Littelfuse Inc. will consolidate three local R&D facilities (Bensenville, Elk Grove and Chicago) at the new location.
The masonry and glass multi-tenant property is suited for the manufacturer’s research and development operations as it features 7,000 square feet of office space, heavy power and an air conditioned lab/assembly area. It is in the Kensington Business Center, a Class A office and industrial park located eight miles from Littelfuse’s Chicago headquarters.
Colliers International represented the landlord, Colony, in the transaction.
