There’s an app for everything, and that includes one designed specifically for residents of McKinley apartment communities.
Ann Arbor, Mich.-based McKinley recently unveiled its My McKinley app at the Android Market and iPhone App Store.
After downloading the app, residents can make maintenance requests. The app even allows them to submit photos of their maintenance problem. Other features still being developed includes those that allow residents to pay their rent through the app, view a listing of community news and events and provide feedback to their building managers.
“McKinley is very pleased to be offering this cutting edge technology to our residents,” said Albert Berriz, chief executive officer for McKinley.
