Urban Innovations announced that the investment banking firm Livingstone Partners has signed a 12,940-square-foot lease at 311 W Huron in Chicago.
Livingstone Partners plans to move its Chicago office from another downtown location and expand its space, drawn by the building’s best-in-class amenities and impressive unobstructed skyline views. The Landlord is turnkey constructing the space which will be designed to fit the company’s character and its clients’ needs (see renderings).
Urban Innovations was represented by Matt Pistorio, Adam Pines, Abby McFadyen of Madison Rose in the lease transaction, and Livingstone was represented by Bill Main and Noah Turner of CBIZ Gibraltar Real Estate Services.
311 W Huron is a 15-story class A office building in the heart of River North.
