LM Commercial Real Estate announced the expansion of the Brokerage team with the addition of Mike Merry and Brian Wabick to the Industrial Group.
Merry returns to LM Commercial after being at Cawley Chicago Commercial selling and leasing industrial properties and is charged with building and developing LM’s industrial business.
Wabick, formerly with Paine/Wetzel Associates, also brings industrial experience spent primarily in Chicago’s south suburban market.
Merry and Wabick will work together along with Jim Degnan and Todd Stahl to expand LM’s Chicagoland Industrial presence.
