LM Commercial Real Estate has announced the sale of the office warehouse property at 16145 S. Vincennes Avenue in South Holland, Illinois. The 12,000-square-foot facility, originally home to Surge Clutch & Driveline, is situated on a rarely found 1.2-acre site, with extensive parking, in the South Cook submarket of Chicago.
LM procured multiple offers for the property, ultimately selling the asset to Cantero Recycling Inc. of Mokena, Illinois. The transaction successfully closed within 90 days of acquiring the listing.
