LM Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale of two industrial properties and arranged leases for two industrial properties in Chicago, Illinois.
LM’s vice presidents, Mike Merry and Brian Wabick, negotiated the sale of an 86,670-square-foot industrial property situated on 5.5 acres at 1410 S. 55th St. in Cicero, Illinois. The property includes two industrial buildings, 6 drive-in doors, 3 rail entry points served by CSX, railcar storage capabilities and 3.65 acres of outside storage. The asset sold for $2.165 million to A.L.L. Masonry Construction Company, which was represented by Collers International’s Peter Bourke and Vern Schultz.
Merry and Wabick also sold a 12,045-square-foot industrial building at 10317 Vans Drive in Frankfort, Illinois. The property consists of five units at 2,409-square-feet, includes 10 drive-in doors with a private storage yard and a common loading dock. Woodcreek Ventures purchased the property as an investment for an undisclosed ammount and was represented by Scott MacNeil of Miller Chicago Real Estate.
Vista Kitchen & More, Inc. leased a 9,075-square-foot industrial space at 785 Bonnie Lane in Elk Grove Village, Illinois and was represented by Merry and Wabick.
LM’s Aaron Joseph represented tenant, Drywall Master Tools, in leasing a 12,748-square-foot industrial space at 1234 Briston Ave. in Westchester, Illinois. The property includes office, shop and warehouse space. The owner was represented by Patrick Turner from Colliers International.
