Lockwood Companies, a builder, manager and investor of apartments in Michigan and Ohio, recently announced the opening of the third phase of Lakeshore Village Apartmnets, a 240-unit complex in Genoa Township, Michigan.
The $24 million investment by Lockwood added 144 apartments. Phase Three, located at 2812 Ontario Court in Howell, Michigan, features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with monthly rents ranging from the mid-$800s to low $1,000s.
The development is financed through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
In addition to the existing pool, clubhouse and children’s play structures, a 24/7 fitness center has been built. Lockwood also added a business center.
