Lodge Financial arranged $3.7 million in construction financing for a partially vacant, 22,000-square-foot office building located in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. Lodge Financial’s president and principal, Matthew Bowker, closed the deal.
The office building was 39 percent occupied with only one lease in place. More than $1,000,000 in construction money is set aside for major building improvements and upgrades.
