Lodge Financial has secured purchase financing for a 594-unit self-storage facility in Huntley, Illinois. The recently built property is currently in a lease up period with occupancy at 30 percent.
Lodge’s Matt Bowker closed the $6 million, tow-year term loan with a 75 percent loan to value. A local bank executed the prime +.50 percent loan for the property, located at 11200 Kiley Drive in Huntley.
