Located in the CenterPoint LakeView Corporate Park, 134,170 square feet of the 450,971-square-foot building will be leased to APL for an additional two years. Mohr Partners represente APL in the transaction.
Located on 23 acres, the property is located three miles from Interstate-94/Interstate-41. Site features include 10 dock doors, 32-foot clear heights and 3,000 square feet of office.
