CBRE recently represented Strive Logistics in a 20,033-square-foot headquarters lease at 1457 N. Halsted in Chicago. The third-party logistics provider will move to its space in the NEWCITY development in November of 2018.
Kevin McLennan and David Saad of CBRE represented Strive in the transaction. Jake Ehrenberg and Scott Brandwein of CBRE represented the landlord, Bucksbaum Retail Management.
Founded in 1995, Strive Logistics works with thousands of customers across North America, from Fortune 500 manufacturers to start-ups. Relocating from 3008 N. Lincoln Avenue, the move marks an expansion for Strive and will allow the firm to increase its headcount in a new, state-of-the-art office.
