Logistics Property Company, LLC appointed Kelan Padgett as Vice President of the company’s South Region.
Based in Dallas, Texas, he is responsible for development and leasing in the region and will support the management of LogiPropCo’s Texas portfolio of more than 6.4 million square feet of Class-A logistics facilities.
Padgett has significant experience in the industry, having executed on more than 3 million square feet and nearly $900M of industrial developments and acquisitions. Most recently, he served as a Senior Associate for a logistics real estate investment manager, where he was active in the full life cycle of industrial investments in Dallas, Houston, and Austin.
