DB Schenker has leased 77,500 square feet of space at 27501 Hildebrandt St., an industrial facility in Romulus, Michigan.
Previously home to Nippon Express USA for its logistic services, DB Schenker will also operate their logistics and distribution services out of the building once they begin to occupy the space early November.
Colliers International | Detroit Vice Presidents, Christian Hill and Jim Roberts, both represented the landlord, Airport Industry Center, LLC in this transaction.
