Wausau, Wis.-based Lokre Companies recently helped RS Holdings of Wisconsin, LLC purchase a 21,930-square-foot retail building in Wausau.
The building sold for a combined purchase price of $1.05 million.
Victor Anderson of Lokre Companies brokered the deal for the buyer. Patrick Gallagher and Matson Holbrook, Jr. of Siegel-Gallagher brokered the deal for the seller.
