Darwin Realty & Development Corporation announced that Darwin Chairman George J. Cibula and Principal Dan Fanelli represented both the landlord, GIS Rolling LLC, and the tenant, Strikeforce Bowling LLC, in the long-term lease renewal at 2001 Parkes Drive, in Broadview, Illinois.

Strikeforce leased all of the 53,284-square-foot building, which is on 2.7 acres. The facility is the headquarters for Strikeforce and includes manufacturing and distribution.

Strikeforce Bowling has been a manufacturer of bowling bags since the early 1980s. The privately held company markets bowling products under the KR Strikeforce brand and is also the exclusive licensee for Brunswick bowling bags, shoes and accessories.

The freestanding masonry building features 18-foot clear ceiling height, four docks, a 2-ton crane, 5,000 square feet of finished office area and parking for 90 cars.
