If you’re looking to cut down on rent expenses, recent findings from Zumper suggest that Green Bay might just be the place to be.
The median rent here stands at 50% below the national average, holding a steady $895 from December 2022 to December 2023. While the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment has increased by 1% to $810, this remains significantly lower than the national average of $1,496.
This stability amidst rising rents in other Midwest cities is encouraging news expected to persist into 2024. And not only is rent decreasing, but economic indicators like unemployment and inflation are also on a downward trend.
