Lori Saulters, a broker with LM Commercial Real Estate, was named Commercial Broker of the Year for 2014 by the Main Street Organization of REALTORS® in Downers Grove, IL. Saulters has 32 years of commercial real estate brokerage and lending experience. She focuses on office, retail, and industrial leasing and sales transactions throughout the suburban market. She also represents buyers and sellers in land transactions.
The organization’s Commercial Alliance committee evaluated transaction data from its members, covering transactions in office, industrial, retail, multi-family and overall commercial transactions.
Saulters has been a broker with LM Commercial Real Estate, a division of Lagestee-Mulder, Inc., for 12 years and previously worked in the commercial lending industry. LM Commercial Real Estate is a full service real estate firm focusing on leasing, brokerage, development, and construction services in Chicago and Northwest Indiana.

She also has the lease listing assignment for the building. • The sale of a development site at 115 E Ogden Avenue, Westmont, IL for the expansion of the Napleton Porsche Dealership. • The sale of a 12,904-square-foot retail facility at 4235 Westbrook Drive, Aurora for the expansion of the Napleton KIA dealership. • The sale of 33,000 total square feet comprised of 13 light industrial condos located at 17759-17845 Bretz Drive, Homewood to MACK Companies.
