PetSmart has moved to the Bay City Town Center shopping center in Bay City, Michigan. PetSmart celebrated its opening Feb. 3.
Lormax Stern Development is the owner of Bay City Town Center.
The center includes a movie theater, Planet Fitness, Weight Watchers and Refresh Spa.
Lormax Stern is seeking other service-oriented tenants for the mall, and hopes to attract an office of the Secretary of State to the center.
