Lormax Stern Development has bought Macomb Mall in Roseville, Mich.
The 921,000-square-foot mall was built in 1964, and is located at 32233 Gratiot Ave. near Interstate-94.
Lormax Stern plans to renovate the building to better provide for today’s shoppers.
The mall features such stores as Aeropostale, Bath & Bady Works, Charlotte Russe, Helzberg Diamonds and Olga’s Kitchen.
