Louisville remains one of the hottest commercial real estate markets in the Midwest. This year, the market is especially strong, a truth that was evident during the third annual Louisville Commercial Real Estate Summit held by REJournals.com and Midwest Real Estate News Sept. 13 at Noah’s Event Venue.
More than 100 CRE pros gathered at the event. The news they heard? Sales, leases and development activity are all on the rise in the Louisville market.
The industrial market here is especially strong, with ecommerce companies flocking to build new warehouses closer to the center of the city. Multifamily is booming, too, as a steady stream of people — from Millennials to Baby Boomers — want to move to the urban core of Louisville.
