Bryan Flaherty has joined CBRE as an associate in its capital markets and investment properties division in Louisville, Kentucky.
Flaherty came to CBRE from River Road Asset Management, where he worked as a business development specialist. He managed the firm’s distribution relationships along with the sales team of the distribution partner, Affiliated Managers Group.
Before joining River Road Asset Management, Flaherty was a benefit analyst with Mercer, where he increased overall revenue efficiency by more than 35 percent for his team.
