Capstone Realty, a Louisville-based commercial real estate firm, announced a new executive team. The new team will succeed founder, Chairman and CEO Hal Heiner and President Stan Franczek, leading the company into its next chapter.

Its flagship projects are Commerce Crossings, a 350-plus-acre business park in Louisville, and River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Capstone continues to pursue first-class development across the region, while also operating as a full-service commercial real estate firm offering brokerage, development, leasing, and property management.
Gabe Molnar, President and CEO
