Springwell Village, a well-established 57-unit residential community off Interstate-70 in St. Charles County, Missouri, has been acquired by LouMin Holdings.

The community offers a mix of single-family homes and townhomes designed for residents seeking more space and flexibility within a professionally managed, low-maintenance environment.

With the acquisition, LouMin Holdings plans to build upon Springwell Village’s strong foundation while introducing enhanced property management and a renewed focus on resident experience through its partnership with Capital Eleven Management.

Springwell Village features two- and three-bedroom floor plans, select homes with basements, and a combination of attached and detached garages – offering an option for residents who may be priced out of buying or prefer the flexibility of renting without sacrificing comfort or space.

Located in the heart of St. Charles County, the community provides convenient access to major highways, shopping, dining, and employers, while offering on-site amenities such as a walking trail, covered community pavilion with a barbecue area, and pet-friendly outdoor spaces.

Capital Eleven Management will assume day-to-day operations of Springwell Village, bringing an elevated focus on resident experience, responsive maintenance, and long-term community care.

The acquisition also represents continued reinvestment in existing housing within St. Charles County, supporting local service providers and contributing to the stability of the region’s housing supply.
