Love Funding recently closed a $19.8 million loan refinancing for Wingover Apartments, a market-rate apartment community in Bloomington, Ill.
Bruce Gerhart, Love Funding’s Midwest regional director, secured the financing through HUD’s 223(f) loan insurance program.
Wingover Apartments was built in four stages from 2006 through 2009. It is made up of 19 two- and three-story buildings housing 250 apartment units.
