NAI Wisinski of West Michigan broker Bill Tyson, represented property owner Riverstone LLC in the sale of a 2,733-square-foot building at 5091 Broadmoor Avenue S.E. in Kentwood, Michigan to buyer Jason Brinks.
The property, which sits on 1.51 acres with 580 feet of frontage along Broadmoor (M-37), will be updated for use as a used-car retail operation doing business as J Brinks Motor Sales. Brinks currently operates as a used-car wholesaler in Saugatuck. The Grand Rapids location is expected to open in the spring of 2016.
The site had previously been used for auto-related businesses, including a national rental car agency and a local auto dealer.
