Max Goldman of Southfield, Mich.-based Ludwig & Seeley recently represented Costco in its purchase of land in Michigan.
Costco purchased 17.08 acres in Pittsfield Township, Mich. Costco plans to build a new warehouse on the site, one that is projected to open in August of 2012.
