Lumber Liguidators recently opened new locations in a pair of Brixmor Property Group-owned shopping centers, including one in Michigan.
The new stores opened at Wallkill Plaza, a retail centerin Middletown, N.Y., and in Roundtree Place in Ypsilanti, Mich.
Phillip Azarik of Metro Commercial Real Estate represented Lumber Liquidators in its opening at Roundtree Place.
Brixmor was represented by its own David Gerstenhaber.
