Cawley Chicago is pleased to announce the successful closing of 301 W. Irving Park Road in Wood Dale, IL. The Cawley Industrial team led by Matt Garland alongside Principal, Andrew Maletich, and associate Dustin Albers recently brokered the sale of this 35,691 square foot, free-standing lumberyard facility located on 5.25 acres of land in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket.

The Cawley Chicago team represented the buyer, Industrial and Wholesale Lumber/ Totem Lumber in this transaction. “The site at 301 W. Irving was a perfect expansion location.  Located outside of Cook County, the warehouse, yard infrastructure and a recently redone rail spur is a great fit for IWL & Totem’s growing business ” says Garland.

The seller, Maher Lumber Co was represented by Joe Bronson, Aimee Goudas and Josh Will with NAI Hiffman. The building traded for $5,500,000.
