The Cawley Industrial team led by Matt Garland alongside Principal, Andrew Maletich, and associate Dustin Albers recently brokered the sale of this 35,691 square foot, free-standing lumberyard facility located on 5.25 acres of land in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket.
The Cawley Chicago team represented the buyer, Industrial and Wholesale Lumber/ Totem Lumber in this transaction. “The site at 301 W. Irving was a perfect expansion location. Located outside of Cook County, the warehouse, yard infrastructure and a recently redone rail spur is a great fit for IWL & Totem’s growing business ” says Garland.
The seller, Maher Lumber Co was represented by Joe Bronson, Aimee Goudas and Josh Will with NAI Hiffman. The building traded for $5,500,000.
