Luttner Real Estate Investment Services recently sold a three-building Class-A office complex in Twinsburg, Ohio.
The 94,316-square-foot complex was 98 percent leased at closing.
Envision RX Options occupies 64 percent of the property.
Mark Luttner and Dan Lariccia had the exclusive assignment to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Snavely Development Company partnership. Luttner also found the buyer, a New York-based investment group.
