A new, luxury apartment building has opened its doors in Northbrook – NorthShore 770, a partnership between Morningside Group and Crossroads Development Partners, includes 347 units and 32 different open floor plans.
Other offerings at NorthShore 770, include walk-in closets, chef’s kitchens, luxury baths and quality amenities that will raise the standard of living for its residents. A 24-hour doorman – the only apartment building in the area to have one – indoor heated parking, a putting green and golf simulator; fitness center and yoga studio; theater room; and an outdoor area with fire pits, grilling area and heated pool are just a few of the highly desirable features.
Morningside and Crossroads also sought to create downtown-style convenience at NorthShore 770, with a Mariano’s Fresh Market grocery store as well as 12 new businesses, including five restaurants.
