Construction is underway on Superior House, a new 12-story, 34-unit luxury condominium building located at 366 W. Superior Street in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Designed by FitzGerald, the project is expected to open in spring 2020.
The FitzGerald team worked with developer Ascend Real Estate Group to create a contemporary design for this boutique condominium building. The floor plan is limited to only four units per floor, so each residence occupies a distinct corner of the building for increased privacy and natural light, while also providing greater market value potential.
The units, designed by Gary Lee Partners, will be enhanced by exceptional finishes and fixtures. Each luxury residence has oversized kitchen and entertainment areas set within open floor plans, and an office or den. All units also include master bedroom suites with custom closets and master bathrooms. Penthouses provide both northern and southern exposures with large, two-sided exterior terraces.
The building will also offer a full slate of indoor amenities, including an entertainment lounge with chef’s kitchen, a dining area/breakfast bar and a fitness and yoga center. The sky deck outdoor amenities include sundeck lounge areas, large fire pit with seating area, outdoor bar and lounge, vegetable and herb garden, a fenced dog run and a green roof.
