Luxury Living Chicago Realty (LLCR), known for leasing and marketing luxury apartment units in Chicago, will expand its offerings into residential home and condominium sales. With an extensive database of luxury renters and strong relationships with their clients, LLCR hopes to remain the broker for their clients, whether leasing, purchasing or selling.

“It was only natural for us to make residential sales a focus for our business in 2019. In 2018, our brokers were involved in 67 home and condominium sales with a transaction value of $37 million,” said Aaron Galvin, CEO and founder of Luxury Living Chicago Realty. “With strong client relationships from the leasing side of our business and our expertise in Chicago’s downtown neighborhoods, our boutique sales team is well positioned to help their rental clients purchase a new home when the time comes.”

The LLCR team spent months developing a website that would be a resource for prospective buyers and sellers, especially first-time home buyers. The brokerage firm offers its brokers’ leading resources, data and knowledge from leasing and sales transactions. The firm is plugged into the multifamily and condominium development scene and is able to trend spot for its clients.

“We already have our clients’ trust. They have seen how we work, we’ve already helped them find high-end rentals and now they are looking for the next step,” said Sean Holland, senior broker. “We offer each client personalized customer service and access to our impressive inventory of both high-end homes and apartments.”
