McShane Construction was the contractor for the property, which is located at 178w070 Royce Boulevard in Oakbrrok Terrace. Financing for the project includes lead lender, CIBC Bank, as well as Heartland Bank, Leaders Bank, West Suburban Bank, Evergreen Bank and Bradford Allen Capital.
All units include balconies or patios, as well as stainless-steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers in every apartment, granite counters and hardwood floors. The development also features indoor parking that allows residents to park on the level on which they live.
