LV Collective, an Austin-based multifamily and student-oriented real estate developer, has started pre-leasing its new mixed-use property Paseo. Participating artists, which will be announced in August, will host events, create one major artistic contribution, promote their residency on social media and submit a portfolio of work and reflection on their experience.
