Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide announced that Terry Lynch, Vice President the firm, along with Cushman & Wakefield’s Sam Badger, completed the lease of a 13,605 square foot corporate headquarters space at 10801 Corporate Drive in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, to Specialized Accounting Services LLC.
Specialized Accounting is relocating from its former headquarters at 8400 Lakeview Parkway, also in Pleasant Prairie, to this 51,742 square foot building due to the expressway access to I-94 and high-end finishes. Lynch and Badger represented the landlord, ATC Transportation Services, in the lease of the property, which is the former Snap-On Tool headquarters. Prudential Premier Properties’ President Anthony J. DeBartolo represented the tenant in the transaction.
