Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide announced that Terry Lynch, Vice President the firm, represented Bus and Truck of Chicago in a new 62,500 square foot lease within a 118,000 square foot building at 7447 S. Central in Bedford Park, Illinois.
Bus and Truck of Chicago repairs and maintains buses and trucks for public transportation, school transit and business purposes. The company is moving from its former headquarters at 3330 S. Pulaski in Chicago and selected the building because of its heavy parking, business-friendly community and 21′ clear ceilings. The building also includes six dock doors and 1,821 square feet of office space.
NAI Hiffman’s Steve Connolly and Brett Tomfohrde represented the landlord, KTR Capital Partners, in this transaction.
