Lynn Schenck, with the St. Louis office of Jones Lang LaSalle, recently earned the Cooperative Transaction award from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
This award goes to members who have closed significant deals with at least one other SIOR member. Schenck won in the largest office transaction category along with fellow SIOR members Dennis DeSantis and Christopher Fox of Gateway Commercial in St. Louis.
Schecnk was honored for her representation of the St. Louis-based law firm Stinson Morrison Hecker in a new 46,887-square-foot lease at Centene Plaza in Clayton, Mo. DeSantis and Fox represented the building’s owner. This was the largest office transaction in the United States in 2010 negotiated by competing brokers who were both SIORs.
