M & R Printing Equipment has sold its 106,892-square-foot space located at 1N372 Main Street in Glen Ellyn, Illinois to LifeStorage. Asking price for the property was $3.7 million.
LifeStorage plans to convert the manufacturing building to self-storage units. The company offers storage salutations across the U.S.

M & R Printing Equipment is consolidating two Chicago-area manufacturing locations and their corporate headquarters from Glen Ellyn and Niles.
