CBRE recently represented National Roofing Contractors Association in the sale of a vacant, seven-acre site at the Northwest Point Office Park in Elk Grove Village, Illinois to Yamazen, Inc. Yamazen will relocate its headquarters to the new location, 111 Northwest Point Boulevard.
Mark Smith of CBRE represented the National Roofing Contractors Association in the transaction. Joe Bronson of NAI Hiffman represented Yamazen.
Yamazen specializes in the distribution of machine tools and other industrial engineering equipment. Currently headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois, the firm will move its operations to the Northwest Point Office Park. According to a report in the Daily Herald, the Japanese company will construct a $16 million, 128,000-square-foot industrial building on the site.
