Dan Ward has joined the Madison, Wisconsin, office of CBRE as an associate in advisory and transaction services.
Ward and his team focus on the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties, office properties and retail properties. They also focus on the leasing of all asset classes in central Wisconsin.
Ward joins CBRE with 23 years of experience in equity and commercial real estate markets, most recently as president of United Land Development Company. As a developer, Ward worked wth notable clients such as Caterpillar/Fabco and Associated Bank.
