Gebhardt Development announced that Spaces, which provides creative co-working offerings, has signed a lease for 34,000 square feet in the newly built Gebhardt Building at 811 E. Washington Ave. in Madison, Wisconsin.

This lease brings the building to full occupancy.

The Gebhardt building is an eight-story mixed-use development totaling nearly 170,000 square feet. The office component is co-anchored by Spaces and Google.

The building also features a 2,500-person, 45,000-square-foot music venue called the Sylvee by Frank Productions and a 7,300-square-foot brew pub by Vintage Brewing.

Spaces is set to open in the building in early 2019 and is leasing the third, fourth and fifth floors. JLL represented Spaces. Gebhardt Development was represented by Key Commercial Real Estate.
