MAG Capital Partners has completed its acquisition of a 352,625-square-foot industrial portfolio in a sale leaseback with Robbins Sports Surfaces.
Robbins Sports Surfaces is a Cincinnati-based manufacturer of high-performance maple and portable flooring systems for a range of global customers, including schools, NCAA, NBA and WNBA arena and practice facilities, performing arts venues and recreational centers.
The multi-property portfolio comprises manufacturing, warehouse, lumber processing, milling, finishing, assembly and office space spanning more than 111 acres across three states: Ohio, Wisconsin and Michigan. From Cincinnati to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, the properties are:

- 747 Bissell Street, White Lake, Wisconsin
- N3291 County Rd M, White Lake, Wisconsin
- 445 Greenwood Street, Ishpeming, Michigan
- 844 Highway M28, Kenton, Michigan
