MAG Capital Partners, LLC, has acquired 5155 Verdant Drive in Elkhart, Indiana, which serves as office, warehouse and showroom space for Dometic’s Segment Americas, a company specializing in branded solutions for mobile living.
The single-story, 38,250-square-foot facility was purchased from Verdant Development for an undisclosed price.
Built in 2014 and fully renovated in 2019, the property is strategically located in Elkhart at the intersection of County Road 17 and Verdant Drive with direct access to US-20/Saint Joseph Parkway.
More than 85% of all RVs built in the United States are produced in Indiana, according to the RV Industry Association. The vast majority of the production takes place in the Elkhart area, which is known as the “RV Capital of the World.” Indiana’s RV manufacturers, suppliers and vendors are estimated to have an approximately $22 billion direct impact on Indiana’s economy per the association’s 2022 RVs Move America Study.
