MAG Capital Partners acquired two food-grade production facilities via a sale-leaseback-structured transaction with an industry-leading provider of ingredients for food, pet and personal care segments.
Situated in the Kansas City, Missouri, and Chicago metropolitan areas, the two facilities comprise 165,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehousing and R&D space on 33 acres.
The facilities meet FDA and BRCGS global standards with ISO 9001, Kosher, Halal and EXCiPACT certifications, and benefit from extensive shipping capabilities and a vast transportation network.
