MAG Capital Partners, LLC, has acquired a 34,630-square-foot industrial facility on three acres in Indianapolis.
The property, at 6266 Morenci Trail, was sold by Printing Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of media solutions used in printing technologies, through a sale leaseback-structured transaction.
Built in 1984, the single-story light manufacturing property has been occupied by PTI since its founding in 1994. The company has grown to become one of the nation’s largest printing manufacturers for custom printed niche products and supports the media needs of clients around the globe, including many Fortune 100 companies.
