Fort Worth, Texas-based MAG Capital Partners, LLC, led by principals Dax T.S. Mitchell and Andrew Gi, has acquired 12100 Blue Valley Parkway in Overland Park, Kansas, for an undisclosed sum.
Leased by Lukas Wine & Spirits Superstore long term, the about 43,000-square-foot Class-A retail property is situated on 3.6 acres at the corner of 119th Street.
MAG Capital Partners was represented by Brendan McPherson of Polsinelli PC’s Kansas City, Kansas, office and Mary Garnett of Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Los Angeles office. Victor Saponari of Quantum Capital in Beverly Hills, Calif., arranged the long-term debt provided by Deutsche Bank.
The seller was represented by Michael Kaider with CBRE’s Chicago office.
